Producing Podcasts in the Classroom
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to record, edit, and share podcasts. It will demonstrate the use of commonly available recording tools, such as smartphones, laptops, and Zoom, along with text-based audio editing software to make the production of podcasts in the classroom a creative assignment and not a technical challenge requiring expensive equipment and facilities. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary, only an interest in learning how to create podcasts and/or working with students to create and integrate podcasts to support their learning.
